We had so much fun documenting Carly and Austin’s Wrightsville Beach engagement session earlier this summer! We can’t wait to share their wedding photos with you so soon! We traveled from the coast to the mountains to document this love story! Carly has been a bridesmaid in a few of the weddings we have photographed over the years and all have been family affairs! We photographed her sister, Caroline’s, wedding back in 2017 and her cousin Sallie’s wedding just a few short weeks before Carly’s! There is nothing better than getting to know a family through the years and feeling like family when you arrive to document a session or wedding! Carly and Austin were so laid back and up for anything during their engagement session. We ventured onto the beach for a few shots and then headed over to the sound side for some dock photos! The dock had the cutest hammock and Carly and Austin cuddled up in the hammock for some of my favorite images of the day! I just love how cheerful and bright these images turned out, even though it was an overcast day! That’s all thanks to Carly and Austin’s amazing personalities!
