Ashley and Andrew’s windy, Beaufort engagement session is finally hitting the blog! We were so excited to meet this incredible couple who create the magic behind Raleigh Food Pics on Instagram! This session was one that really pushed me creatively as we contended with some really strong wind! Ashley and Andrew were such troopers as we worked our way through Beaufort and then onto Atlantic Beach! One thing that I love so much about this session is the incredible locations we got to shoot! Ashley and Andrew scouted some and a few others Grady and I found prior to the shoot! When I found out about the wind gusts for the day, I wanted to try to find a few spots that would shield us from the wind to mix in in places where I knew we would just have to embrace mother nature! And even with living in NC my whole life and visiting the Atlantic Beach/Beaufort area almost every summer, we still were surprised at some of the epic stops we made during this session! North Caroline has so much beauty to offer and especially in the towns that make up our gorgeous coast!
