Thorn Family

I had an amazing time hanging out with and photographing the Thorn family last Friday! There is just something about a Friday evening sessions that reminds me of being a kid! School is out. The weekend has just started and everyone is so excited for Saturday! I just love that energy! I am also just growing to love and appreciate the connection between families so much. When I photograph a family session, it is about so much more than creating pretty pictures. I want families to take an hour and just be together and reconnect and I get the great honor of facilitating that and seeing it first hand. It’s pretty awesome. When I arrived, the Thorn’s greeted me with big warm smiles and I knew we were going to have so much fun! They were so easy going and I could tell they just genuinely loved spending time together! I couldn’t have asked for a better way to spend a Friday evening. Leanna and Branin, thank you so much for inviting me in to capture some moments with you and your amazing kids! You are clearly all very much in love with each other and that is so very sweet to see! Here is to these sweet times together and a lifetime of joy as you hold onto each other! Your family is beautiful!
