I’m so excited to get Teryn and Joe’s Morehead City newborn session up on our blog! I have been such a huge fan of Teryn since I started seeing her artwork pop up in various nurseries and homes that I’ve photographed sessions at! You can see some of her artwork in the wild here and here! She is so mega talented and I was so honored when she reached out to me about photographing their new little man, Ollie last year! Stepping into Teryn and Joe’s home, I felt so much peace! They have created such a beautiful space and are two of the warmest people. Baby Ollie snoozed away as we moved from space to space making and documenting memories. The first few weeks with a baby is such a whirlwind. It’s exhausting, overwhelming, challenging, wonderful, and life changing in the best way. And it’s such a special time to document and remember. It passes quickly and slowly all at the same time and I’m always just so grateful to get to step into this time with families and capture it!
