I had this Greenville NC newborn session on my calendar for month’s before baby Arden arrived! I was so excited to document this session and even more excited when I arrived and met this sweet family! Baby Arden had the most beautiful afternoon light in his nursery and was softly watching and intently listening to the clicks of the camera until he dozed off towards the end of our session! I was excited to put my newest camera to work at this session and capture a full roll of medium format film to compliment the digital photographs. I love the way the colors in the film and digital images rendered and the softness of the film images. Baby Arden’s nursery also featured one of my favorite artists, Teryn Elizabeth! Her work is so stunning and I can’t wait to collect one of her pieces for my own home! All in all, this session was a dream to photograph!
