Yesterday was such a joy! Betsy and Dan radiate kindness and having the honor of documenting their love story is so special! We love that these two chose a place that is meaningful to them for their session. Nothing beats Historic Beaufort NC engagement photos! Beaufort has a charm and a beauty that is undeniable. We absolutely love when we have the opportunity to photograph sessions in this magical place and photographing Betsy, Dan and their adorable Golden Retriever, Sadie made it even more magical! We started this shoot in downtown Beaufort at Dan’s parent’s home that they have been renovating over the past 8 years! This area is so quaint and perfect for photos. Betsy and Dan were telling us about how they all worked together with Dan’s parent’s over the weekend to lay new pavers and create a walkway up to the house. I love that these two love making memories with their families and I think it’s so special that they got to stand and have their photo documented on that new walkway they helped create!
