It was the perfect summer night to photograph Julia and Russell at their Bath NC Engagement session with their beloved dogs! Since I just shared their wedding, I wanted to take a look back at their fun and carefree engagement photos! We love when couple’s invite us to a place that is special to them and Eastern, NC has so many little hidden gem towns on the various waterways that run throughout our state. Bath is no exception! I love any opportunity to get to Bath, NC on the Pamlico River. My grandparents lived in Bath when I was young and I have such fond memories of their home and my grandfathers sail boat! It was also a base for the notorious pirate, Blackbeard…google it! It’s so fun when you can connect on a special place with the people you’re photographing and this is a special place for Julia and Russell because it is where they got engaged! I loved hearing their story and documenting their incredibly sweet and playful relationship!
