Madison and Duke’s Figure Eight Sunset Engagement session was too gorgeous for words! I don’t know if I’ve ever experience more perfect cotton candy skies during a session! The colors were vibrant and magical! I met Madison as a bridesmaid in a wedding I shot several years ago and Duke as a groomsmen in a different wedding! I was so excited when Madison and Duke reached out about their own wedding! I love when we get to work with couple’s who know us and our style of work! Madison and Duke chose Figure Eight Island as the location for their session and they day could not have been more lovely! When I arrived, the light was a little harsh in most spots still, but it was falling across the driveway so beautifully, so we started in an unconventional spot to give the sun a chance to get a little lower in the sky before we headed out to the beach! I’m so glad we did because we got to experience one of the coolest sunsets I’ve ever seen!
