What a charming city! Our friend, Abby took us around Heidelberg yesterday. This is where she studied abroad and met Peter, her fiance. Abby and Peter live in Darmstadt, about an hour train ride away. We started the day with Kebab – delicious and made a hike up to the Heidelberg Castle and then had gelato and took a stroll on the Old Bridge. After our walk, some of Abby’s friends hosted us at their home to watch the World Cup Final! Victory for Deutchschland and the car horns were beeping all night!
